How to Get the Most Out of Your Doctor Visit

Whether you are being seen by a doctor who is very knowledgeable about hypermobility syndrome or a doctor who doesn't have a clue, there are certain steps you can take as a patient to make sure that you get the most out of your doctor appointment. It is important to be proactive and take responsibility for your health - and remember, the person who knows the most about your body isn't your doctor, its you!
